"This is the second time we have used Robin to sell our house and purchase another. In both instances, she provided expert advice and service. She marketed our house beautifully. Many commented on the outstanding quality of the website presentation she prepared. The eventual buyers of our house told us they had already "bought" our house before they visited it, based entirely on the website presentation. At the beginning, she outlined the entire process for us and the scenarios and results she anticipated would occur. Her predictions were uncannily accurate. We also had several difficult situations involving inspection and appraisal issues. Robin advised us on how to respond and negotiated expertly with all parties involved. She provided great information on the properties and localities we searched - issues we would not have been aware of, such as water supply issues, noise factors, and internet or communication considerations. Robin always took the lead on arrangements needed, some of which should really have been our responsibility. She handled all arrangements for inspections and contractor services to prepare our house for sale. We did almost no legwork ourselves. Her service was unfailingly efficient, timely, and responsive. Whether the issue was large or small, her response was almost immediate, and every detail was addressed. Beyond all the expertise and service she provided, Robin was unfailingly amiable, caring, and positive in her demeanor. Her calmness throughout got us through and minimized the stress always attendant to such processes.
